1What are our current hours of operation?
Our Current hours of Operation is
Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
We are closed on weekends - this includes any long-weekend
2Do I require skids, in exchange for skids picked up?
Yes, we have a skid exchange policy in place; which requires equal number of skids picked up, to be dropped off upon pickup.
or you may choose to pay for skids. Please contact us for further details on skid pricing.
3Can I establish credit with Janda – MTR?
Yes, please complete a credit application, which can be downloaded from the resource hub. All completed forms should be sent to Creditapp@jandainc.ca for approval.
4Are you a bonded warehouse?
Yes, we are a licensed CBSA warehouse
5What is your sub-location?
MTR Sub-location is 4156
6What do I need to drop off an export shipment?
You require a booking number, the Freight Forwarder info along with a contact person at the Forwarders office.
7Do you have a ground level door?
Yes
8What is your shipping and receiving docks?
Doors 1 – 7 are for shipping & receiving
